- Payments are to be made by cash, check or money order, payable to NAPLES JUNIORS, INC. or Payments can be made by credit card through our Pay Pal account, Naplesjrsvolleyball@yahoo.com.
- Any player whose account is NOT paid in full by the 15th of each month shall NOT be permitted to practice and/or travel until FULL payment is made plus an additional late fee of 2% will be added.
- If you resign from the club or are unable to practice for any reason, all monies you have paid shall remain with the club and the remainder of your financial commitment shall be paid to the club. There are NO REFUNDS.
- We do not guarantee equal playing time on any team or at any event. NAPLES JUNIORS, INC. believes that your fees are for instruction time during practices, not a specified amount of time spent in tournament play.
- The player’s attendance, attitude, effort and performance determine playing time. Decisions about court time are AT ALL TIMES, in the sole discretion of the NAPLES JUNIORS, INC. coaching staff. The coaching decision is not up for debate or question.
- Players must attend their team’s practices in all cases unless an emergency situation occurs or prior arrangements have been made between player and the coach.
- All practices are open and parents are encouraged to attend, however, no one is permitted to have any interaction with players other than the coaching staff. Parents are not permitted on the court unless requested by the coach. Failure to follow this rule will result in closing the remainder of practices.
- Players shall arrive at practice 15 minutes early, be in full NAPLES JUNIORS, INC. practice attire, and stay until the coach dismisses the team.
- Players and parents shall maintain a high standard of conduct, in the opinion of the directors and or coaches, at all NAPLES JUNIORS, INC. functions.
- Players are required to participate in additional activities outside the contracted schedule of volleyball participation. (Examples: Fundraisers, Signing Night, Awards Banquet, and any additional activities.)
CODE OF CONDUCT
- Each player/team shall be given a time to be in their respective rooms and if found out of their room after that time, for any reason without the express consent of the player’s coach or club director shall be, with the sole and exclusive discretion of the Board of Directors, be subject to penalty, including but not limited to, not being permitted to participate in game tournaments and program play.
- No player shall use illegal drugs, tobacco products, or alcoholic beverages. If any player is found to be in possession of any of the above described, suspected of using these items or under the influence, their parent will be contacted immediately to address the situation. Any player found to have used illegal drugs; tobacco products or alcoholic beverages will be subject to being suspended from NAPLES JUNIORS, INC. at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Board of Directors. NO refunds of monies paid will be provided in such instances.
- Proper conduct is expected from all members of the Club at all times. This includes players, parents and supporters. This also means treating players, parents and supporters from the other teams and officials with respect.
TRAVEL
- If any parent drives separately to the tournament, he or she may dine with the team, but shall not remove any player from the jurisdiction of the coach or club during the course of the weekend. All players shall travel in the team van for the duration of all tournaments.
- Players are required to bring money to cover 1 meal per day and entertainment expenditures for all tournaments.
- Officiating is the shared responsibility of the entire team. All NAPLES JUNIORS players are required to attend an officiating clinic and help with, line judging, scorekeeping score flipping and officiating. Each coach will have a schedule, which will be provided, for each player outlining their officiating assignments. EVERY player is required to stay until the entire team has completed their assignment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Signing this form indicates that you have read, understood the terms listed above and accept the terms of this Contract and agree unconditionally to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein. This confirms your decision to accept a position with NAPLES JUNIORS, INC. for the 2014-2015 season. In the event of nonpayment of any sums required to be paid pursuant to the terms of this Contract, the party failing to pay shall be liable to pay NAPLES JUNIORS, INC. all reasonable attorneys’ fees and cost incurred incident to collection. All disputes shall be resolved via non-jury trial in Collier County, Florida.
